The owner Stacey is not a man of great character. He does not have customer service skills and is truly unprofessional nor is he respectful to his customers. How hard is it to find a black owner to stand behind their work.? He refused me services due to creating a mess in my new home. I explained that I only needed a tube replaced and he stated that he could not help me. I would never use his company again. I guess i have no choice because he denied me service. He is all about money and will over charge you.
