DeSoto City Police Department at 714 East Belt Line Road, DeSoto, Texas.

A Desoto officer drawing his sidearm and pointing it at a bicyclist who was just riding his bike. Felony assault. After the bicyclist continued to ride away, the officer got back into his cruiser in the parking lot with the public walking around and the officer sped off. This action is reckless driving at best and attempted felony assault on other members of the public by letter of the law.
