Do not hire Curtis! I was recently assigned to check over a warranty claim that involved the work that Curtis performed. After several weeks of investigation while at the same time begging some one from Curtis to come to the site, we found the issue. Curtis had installed 13 bad mixing valves causing a closed loop of cold water in the building. It turned out that this building (an elementary school) had never had hot water even since Curtis had completed their work. Oh, and also, they had never installed approximately 300 LF of insulation on their copper pipes that they owed the school and GC.

They will try to cut corners and leave you with many problems.
